We’re proud to officially onboard Bordeaux, Sea Point, marking the start of a new chapter for this iconic building.

From day one, our approach has been clear: respect what already works, and strengthen it with structure and technology. We’ve retained the existing on-site team, supporting them with upgraded security systems, digital oversight, and smart tools that improve visibility, accountability, and response times.

As part of this rollout, we’ve also introduced QR code signage, giving residents a simple, direct way to share feedback, log concerns, and engage with building management in real time.

Change isn’t always quiet, and yes, our signage has already drawn attention. While one sign was vandalised, we see it as confirmation that progress is happening and that systems are being noticed. We’re handling it calmly, professionally, and with pride, because meaningful impact often comes with disruption.
